Client context and approach
Africawide was requested by the executive leadership of a publicly listed international engineering company with operations in South Africa to facilitate and provide support for the development of their SA strategic plans. Africawide’s approach included the facilitation of a series of workshops and interactions with management via Exco dialogue and challenge sessions on review of business performance.
In addition Africawide developed mini strategy to ensure sustainable revenue growth in context of localisation and stricter BBBEE requirements. Africawide was able to deliver pragmatic recommendations which management put into action immediately by drawing on our Energy, Infrastructure and Supplier Development (Procurement and Supply chain) knowledge.
