The role of the CFO has evolved significantly over the years to being an integral shaper in the decision making and performance of companies.   • Financial analysis and support to management accounting including costing, value driver trees, budget processes
  • Fixed asset management and verification

We also work closely with public sector organisations to lower their risks and manage efficiencies. Core areas of support include

  • Audit preparation and post audit issue remediation, including , financial account preparation, process optimisation, implementation of revised processes/policies, new systems and training of staff
  • Programme management office (PMO) in finance turnaround programmes
